New Jersey DOT is letting its 2027 term contract for concrete structural repair across the Central Region — Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset counties. A term contract is steady, repeatable work rather than one job: the winner gets called out against it all year. Bids are due Oct. 6. NJDOT prequalification and bonding are required before a firm can bid, and both take time to obtain.
