This is advance notice, not an open solicitation: the Port Authority says it intends to release the RFP — as-needed engineering support for the Midtown Bus Terminal replacement, from design review and inspection to estimating and scheduling, on a five-year term — on or about October 2026. There is no proposal date and no meeting until the RFP itself posts. Certified subcontractors can already join the interested-subcontractors list through the Port Authority's professional-services page.
