Furnish and install a roof-mounted emergency generator with roof dunnage and platform (cutting and patching), electrical distribution upgrades to support it, new gas service pipe and connections, general construction of a new basement mechanical room, and fire sprinkler and fire alarm extensions and adjustments — a turn-key installation split into three prime contracts: GC-1 general construction, PC-1 plumbing, EC-1 electrical. Bids due 2:00 PM. Note: the mandatory pre-bid has already been held — only firms that attended can bid.
