Rehabilitate the primary sludge gravity thickener collection equipment including piping and valves; install new primary sludge bar screens and/or replace existing influent bar screens; plus all associated mechanical, structural, architectural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, HVAC and plumbing work. Note: the mandatory pre-bid has already been held — only firms that attended can bid. Project Labor Agreement applies. County-published bid estimate range: $11.5 million to $12.5 million.
