DASNY is buying construction management for Hunter College's escalator replacement programme, covering design and preconstruction through the work itself. Two things worth knowing before you decide whether to chase it: the ad does not say whether DASNY wants a large institutional CM or a vertical-transportation specialist, and it does not publish a value or any participation goals. Both are questions for the solicitation documents. Escalator, electrical, controls, structural support, demolition and finishes trades follow behind whoever wins this.
