Runway 13-31 and the taxiways alongside it are being rebuilt. Airfield work of this size normally means night shifts around live operations and a prequalified bidders list, so check the contract documents for both before you spend money on a takeoff. The Port Authority also runs an interested-subcontractor registration on its own portal — get certified firms onto it early, because primes shop that list. Scope quantities, any DBE goal and the engineer's estimate are in the documents, not in the advertisement.
