DASNY is taking expressions of interest for a $45–48 million renovation of Aaron Davis Hall at City College: demolition, asbestos and mold abatement, structural steel, concrete, new walls and ceilings, bathrooms, theater seating, a new lobby, and full mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. This is not a bid. Firms submit a qualifications package by Sept. 10; DASNY scores it and invites a short list to bid. If you want to be on that list, this is the only way in. Goals: 18% MBE, 12% WBE, 6% SDVOB.
