Two official sources disagree on the closing date: the Town's BidNet listing says Sept. 29, the state Contract Reporter says Sept. 28. Confirm with the Town of Ramapo before you price it — and treat Sept. 28 as the deadline until they tell you otherwise. ADA-accessible walkway construction at Town Hall — heavy sitework/concrete sidewalks, with CSI divisions for concrete (03), metals (05), finishes (09) and, notably, Div 14 conveying equipment, which points to a lift or similar accessibility equipment in the package.
