The pre-bid is MANDATORY — Wednesday 8/19 at 10 AM or Thursday 8/20 at 10 AM, NCB 17th floor, Conference Room 1715. Be on time; late arrivals are not accommodated, and if you do not attend you cannot bid. RFIs go to the agency by 8/28 at 5 PM. There is an H+H Project Labor Agreement and the awarded contractor signs a Letter of Assent. The M/WBE goal is 30% under Article 15-A on any bid of $500K or more, and a bid that misses it is ruled non-responsive. Your insurers must be NAIC-admitted, certified payroll runs through NYC eComply, and subs are encouraged at the pre-bid to get on the bidders list.
